Digital Marketing Assistant Intern

EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for a talented intern to join its Paris team as a Digital Marketing Assistant Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to developing EIC’s digital strategy, creating online content, and implementing actions aimed at improving our visibility among students, young graduates, and partners.

You will contribute to optimizing our digital channels, creating marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance in order to support the growth of an international company specialized in professional mobility between France and Canada.

You will take on a versatile role within the marketing team, with real responsibilities from the beginning of your internship.

The internship will take place at our Paris office, while working closely with our teams based in Canada.

You will evolve in an international environment and contribute to the development of a program helping students and young graduates build their professional experience abroad.

MISSIONS

As a Digital Marketing Assistant Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in developing our digital presence and attracting new candidates.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Digital content creation: contribute to creating content for our different digital channels (social media, articles, newsletters, and digital campaigns).
• Social media management: help manage our social platforms and suggest strategies to improve community engagement.
• Digital marketing campaigns: participate in creating, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns aimed at generating new applications.
• Email marketing: contribute to preparing email campaigns, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
• SEO and online visibility: support the improvement of our organic search presence through content creation and optimization.
• Digital performance analysis: monitor key indicators (traffic, engagement, conversions) and suggest areas for improvement.
• Marketing materials creation: contribute to producing visuals, presentations, brochures, and content for candidates and partners.
• Candidate digital journey optimization: help improve the user experience across our different digital touchpoints.
• Digital market monitoring: analyze marketing trends, competitor practices, and identify new opportunities.
• CRM and marketing data management: support campaign tracking and the organization of marketing data within internal tools.
• Internal team collaboration: work with Marketing, Admissions, Communication, and Account Management teams to align digital actions with EIC’s objectives.
• Marketing process optimization: suggest ideas to improve acquisition, communication, and engagement strategies.

PROFILE

• You are currently studying digital marketing, communication, business, marketing, business school, or a related field.
• You have a strong interest in digital marketing, online acquisition, and content creation.
• You are curious, creative, and enjoy testing new ideas.
• You are comfortable with social media platforms, digital tools, and marketing trends.
• You have strong analytical skills and enjoy understanding campaign performance.
• You are organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You are comfortable using office tools and marketing platforms.
• Previous experience in digital marketing, communication, or acquisition is a plus.
• A good level of English is appreciated in order to collaborate with our teams based in Canada.
