Your Mission

As a Customer Adoption & Productivity Manager Intern, you will contribute to the onboarding and support of French-speaking and English-speaking Ohmycare customers while progressively developing the technical, methodological and coaching skills required for the CAPM role.

You will work alongside experienced consultants and gradually take ownership of customer-facing activities related to adoption, productivity and user enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Professional Development

Discover Dassault Systèmes cloud solutions and complete internal certifications.

Learn onboarding, adoption, coaching, training and sprint methodologies.

Observe customer meetings led by experienced CAPMs before progressively taking ownership yourself.

Supporting Ohmycare Customers

Prepare customer meetings and summarize customer context.

Participate in customer reviews and follow-up sessions.

Produce meeting notes and update HubSpot records.

Gradually manage simple customer activities and a small customer portfolio once autonomy is validated.

Supporting Training, Coaching & Sprint Services

Prepare training materials, environments, exercises and expected outcomes.

Assist experienced CAPMs during Training, Coaching and Sprint engagements.

Document results and next steps for customers.

Continuous Improvement

Create guides, articles, videos and best-practice materials.

Contribute to internal and customer knowledge bases.

Document customer success stories and outcomes.

Share recurring customer needs and friction points with the team.

Required Skills

Strong interest in CAD, industrial software, SaaS solutions and cloud technologies.

Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering, mechatronics or product design.

Ability to communicate professionally with customers in French and English.

Strong writing, organizational and analytical skills.

Comfortable with digital tools, CAD software and modern technology environments.

Ideal Profile

Final-year engineering student or student pursuing a technical Master's degree.

End-of-studies internship required as part of your curriculum.

A strong interest in SOLIDWORKS, CAD and industrial software.

Knowledge of Dassault Systèmes solutions is a plus.

Native or fluent French.

Professional English.

Curious, rigorous and eager to learn.

Strong communication and coaching potential.

Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to grow in a consulting environment.

Contract: End-of-studies internship (6 months)

Compensation: €1,500 per month

Remote Work: Available according to company policy

Travel: Occasional visits to customer and partner sites.
