Engineering Assistant Intern - Prada Group

Main Responsibilities

• Creation and issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) for cleaning, maintenance and store supplies for Prada and Miu Miu boutiques and corners across the Central Europe scope.


• Follow-up of POs, including Good Receipts.


• Invoice follow-up, with daily communication with suppliers and the Accounting team to resolve discrepancies between invoices and issued POs.


• Creation of contractual POs and verification of related invoices.


• Support in the preparation of Engineering material return forms.


• Preparation of Engineering budget reports and data extractions, on a semi-annual and annual basis, as well as for specific projects such as restyling and store modification projects (WBS).

Start date: January 2027 for 6 months

Languages: Fluent in English required, German and French is a plus
