Event & Platform Experience Intern

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

More precisely, reporting to our Event Manager  you will:

Ticketing Platform

• Answering emails from attendees.

• Generating promo codes and following up on tickets booked by the partners.

• Operating the attendee lists for side events.

• Preparing weekly data analysis of the tickets and attendees.

• Create Tickets for Volunteers and Speakers in collaboration with the events assistant.

• Making sure all speakers are properly registered on the ticketing platform.

Mobile Application

• Our Summit and Deep Tech Days attendees will be equipped with a mobile app and your role will be to help prepare and upload all the content that they need in it, this will be done with the support from your Manager

• Supporting the app configuration and setup.

• Creating a tutorial for exhibitors and partners, using materials and data from previous events.

• Attendees mapping: synchronizing the attendees’ information from the registration platform to the mobile application.

• Updating information: attendees, speakers, program, partners, logos, exhibitors, etc.

• Create profiles and make sure all speakers have their profile on the app.

Setup & Dismantling the Summit

• Participating in setting up the event according to plans

• Dismantling: helping gather all team things before enjoying the closing party

At the Summit

• Answering any questions about the mobile app and liaising with the company in charge in case of any bugs or issues.

• Liaising with the AV team in case any technical issues arise.

• Positioned at the welcoming, you will help attendees in case of issues with their tickets, answer their questions and guide them to solutions.

Post Summit

• Extracting key data to help create the Post Summit Report.

Logistics

Working with the rest of the team:

• Assist events organized by other departments all along the year.

• Supporting the making-off of the Deep Tech Days and the Summit in close coordination.

• Benchmarking suppliers and classifying quotes & invoices.

• Assist the event manager and events assistant with other tasks that may arise.
