Event Marketing

EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for a talented intern to join its Paris team as an Event Marketing Assistant.

In this role, you will actively contribute to the organization and promotion of EIC events, as well as the development of our visibility among students, young graduates, and partners.

You will participate in preparing career fairs, webinars, school events, and candidate meetings while helping create the communication materials associated with these initiatives.

You will take on a versatile role within the marketing team, with real responsibilities from the beginning of your internship.

You will work at the intersection of marketing, communication, and event management within an international company specialized in professional mobility between France and Canada.

The internship will take place at our Paris office, while working closely with our teams based in Canada.

You will evolve in a dynamic and international environment and contribute to the development of a program helping students and young graduates build their professional experience abroad.

MISSIONS

As an Event Marketing Assistant at EIC, you will play a key role in preparing, organizing, and promoting our events.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Event organization: participate in the preparation and coordination of webinars, career fairs, school events, student events, and partner meetings.
• Event logistics management: contribute to the preparation of operational aspects such as schedules, registrations, materials, and coordination with participants.
• Event communication: create and distribute communications related to events (emails, social media posts, promotional materials).
• Marketing materials creation: design presentations, visuals, brochures, and documents needed to promote events.
• Event promotion: implement actions aimed at increasing participation from students, young graduates, and partners.
• Registration and participant follow-up: manage participant tracking before, during, and after events.
• Community engagement: contribute to strengthening relationships with students and candidates interested in gaining professional experience in Canada.
• Internal team coordination: collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Account Management teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Event representation: represent EIC during career fairs, school events, and meetings with partners.
• Performance analysis: monitor event results (attendance, engagement, feedback) and suggest improvements.
• Event monitoring: identify new opportunities such as career fairs, conferences, and partnerships that could increase EIC’s visibility.
• Event process optimization: contribute to improving event organization methods and follow-up processes.

PROFILE

• You are currently studying marketing, communication, event management, business school, public relations, or a related field.
• You have a strong interest in event organization, communication, and marketing.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You enjoy coordinating projects and working with different stakeholders.
• You are creative, curious, and proactive.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and feel comfortable interacting with students, partners, and internal teams.
• You are autonomous and able to take initiative.
• You are comfortable using digital tools, social media platforms, and office software.
• Previous experience in event management, communication, or marketing is a plus.
• A good level of English is appreciated in order to collaborate with our teams based in Canada.
