EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for a talented intern to join its Paris team as an Executive Assistant Intern.
In this role, you will actively contribute to supporting the management team, coordinating internal activities, and monitoring various strategic projects within the company.
You will work closely with the leadership team to facilitate daily operations, improve internal processes, and ensure effective coordination between different departments.
You will take on a versatile role with real responsibilities from the beginning of your internship, within an international company specialized in professional mobility between France and Canada.
The internship will take place at our Paris office, while working closely with our teams based in Canada.
You will evolve in an international environment and contribute to the development of a program helping students and young graduates build their professional experience abroad.
MISSIONS
As an Executive Assistant Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in supporting internal organization and assisting the management team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Executive support: assist the leadership team with daily activities, priorities, and operational follow-up.
- Administrative management: prepare, organize, and manage documents, files, and information required for the company’s operations.
- Team coordination: facilitate communication between EIC teams and ensure efficient follow-up of ongoing actions.
- Calendar management: assist with organizing meetings, appointments, and internal events.
- Meeting preparation: help prepare presentations, meeting materials, and summaries for strategic discussions.
- Internal project follow-up: support the monitoring of cross-functional projects and coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Analysis and reporting: prepare summaries, tracking documents, and reports to support decision-making.
- Internal process optimization: identify opportunities to improve organization and operational efficiency.
- Internal and external communication: participate in exchanges with employees, partners, and different company stakeholders.
- Internal event organization: contribute to preparing team meetings, company events, and internal initiatives.
- Strategic research and monitoring: conduct research on topics related to the company’s development and growth.
- Operational support: assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
PROFILE
- You are currently studying business management, administration, management, business school, or a related field.
- You have a strong interest in business operations, organization, and project coordination.
- You are organized, rigorous, and able to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
- You have strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- You are comfortable communicating with different stakeholders.
- You are autonomous, proactive, and able to suggest improvements.
- You are comfortable using office tools and collaborative platforms.
- You have a strong sense of priorities and confidentiality.
- Previous experience in administration, coordination, or executive support is a plus.
- A good level of English is appreciated in order to collaborate with our teams based in Canada.
