External Communications Assistant Intern

The mission of this role

As part of the Texen and Quadpack Marketing & Communication team and reporting to the External Communication Manager, you will contribute to the implementation of communication initiatives to enhance the image and improve the visibility of the Texen brand and its expertise in France and internationally.

You will help to design and implement external communication initiatives in line with the defined strategy and objectives. You will ensure operational follow-up by guaranteeing consistency across the various communication media (social networks, press, sales support tools, trade shows, etc.). Travel within France may be required to visit production sites or attend trade shows.

Key Responsibilities 

• Trade shows and events

Participating in advance organisation (liaising with the stand designer, managing product samples), coordinating with the sales teams and participating during the event.

• LinkedIn

Participation in managing the Texen account: content proposals, monitoring the editorial calendar and updates. 

• Texen website

As part of the website redesign in 2026, participation in the audit (internal meetings), conducting studies of competing sites, participation in content creation, tree structure testing, content proofreading. 

• Institutional and commercial tools

Participation in the redesign and updating of institutional presentations and production sites.

Ensuring that communication materials made available to teams on Sharepoint are kept up to date.

Updating or creating commercial tools (product sheets, assistance with the creation of customer presentations). 

• Emailing/Newsletter

Participation in creation and management: content proposals, project monitoring. 

• Coordination

Assistance with the coordination of certain projects between External Communications, Internal Communications, Sales, and Design departments at Texen and Quadpack, supporting team members.

Requirements 

• Currently studying for a Master's degree in Communication.


• Experience: internship or work-study programme in a company, in communications/digital.


• Language: English B2 required


• Interest in packaging, industry, cosmetics


• Soft skills: curiosity, dynamism, versatility, adaptability
