The Creative Networks are part of Banijay’s central team, spread across the three headquarters (London, Paris & Amsterdam). Within Creative Networks, you will be assisting the Paris branch of the team that aims to promote recommissions, reboots and return-ability of existing shows, while also ensuring integrity and consistency across adaptations globally.
The assistant will be working with the teams overseeing Food & Factual Entertainment, and Adventure & Beach Reality formats – including key brands such as MasterChef and Survivor.
As such, your responsibilities may involve but are not limited to (depending on the team’s needs in that time period):
- Requesting and saving key assets from active productions worldwide (schedules, creatives)
- Sharing key info / assets (i.e. sales decks, episodes etc.) with production companies across the group to support pitches
- Attending regular meetings to help manage key assets and determine local production needs
- Helping create / updating format sales materials
- Screening, cutting clips and creating short edits for presentations
- Familiarizing yourself with formats from the catalogue, providing editorial support and helping monitor direct competition if the need arises
- Admin work including assisting in planning meetings, taking minutes, managing storage of assets, updating internal tracking platforms & documents, event organizing with marketing etc.
Who ?
- 4-6 month internship, availability to begin in July or September
- Business School (or university equivalent) student (L3 / M1 level or part of a gap year in studies) ideally with a TV / media specialization, or just passionate about the TV industry and motivated to join a global leader in that sector to learn all about the behind the scenes of your favorite shows
- Adaptable and motivated, rigorous and curious
- Good interpersonal skills and eager to work in an international environment – within the team and with Banijay’s global network of producers and clients
