🎯 Your mission

As a Technical Support Intern, you will join the support team and work directly on real customer environments.

Your role is key in ensuring customer satisfaction and improving technical knowledge across the organization.

You will:

• Handle and follow customer support tickets related to CAD and PLM environments

• Diagnose technical issues and help customers resolve problems

• Assist users via phone, email or remote support tools

• Work closely with engineers on complex technical cases

• Contribute to building technical documentation and knowledge base content

• Transform recurring support issues into clear troubleshooting guides

• Help improve internal support processes and documentation

• Develop expertise on SOLIDWORKS, CATIA and 3DEXPERIENCE

• Prepare and pass technical certifications on Dassault Systèmes technologies

No deep expertise required. Training will be provided.
