Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The essential responsibilities and duties

Within the HR team, you will support topics from Talent development of a diverse population made up of digital profiles, IT engineers, etc., on a worldwide basis, and in accordance with the Group's HR policies and procedures.

Your main missions will be to assist the HR team in the following areas / subjects:
o Identify skill gaps, support in the creation of development actions as part of Talent Development process (success profiles, org benchmarks,etc)
o Lead initiatives aimed at improving internal communication across teams, working on engagement strategies, and coordinating team leadership development projects diversity and inclusion/engagement.
o Oversee the collection, analysis, and consolidation of HR data related to talent development performance indicators, (entries, exits, mobility, talent overview, etc.). Develop regular reports to provide insights on HR trends and support strategic decision-making.
o Assist in the project management of the implementation and monitoring of key HR policies and processes (integration, training etc.), ensuring alignment with Group objectives.
o Lead and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for interns, from job posting to selection, ensuring alignment with global talent needs.

This list of missions is not exhaustive, other projects will come in addition.

Interfacing with the employees and Managers, also with the HR teams of the sites and of the Group, this experience will allow you to discover an organization rich in different professions, in a complex international and matrix environment.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Your profile
• BAC +4/+5 with specialization in HR
• A first experience in the HR function appreciated (work-study, internship)
• Excellent analytical, communication and organization skills
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Mandatory fluent English (verbal and written, working language)
• A great curiosity and motivation to learn
• Action-based approach with a team player attitude
• You are autonomous and you like dealing with multiple projects at once
• International mindset and ability to work in a matrix organization
