This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer care, operations, and supply chain coordination within a truly international company. You will work closely with experienced professionals and collaborate with teams across sales, operations, and customer service while learning how a global organization supports customers around the world.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Care Front Office Intern, you will:

- Support customer order management and daily communication activities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and planning

- Assist with resolving customer inquiries and supporting issue management

- Help maintain customer data and documentation

- Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and internal processes

- Gain exposure to tools and systems used in a global business environment

Your profile:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a University or College degree

- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus

- Interested in customer experience, business operations, or supply chain

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a bonus

- Team-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Interest in digital tools, data analysis, or emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a plus
