Job Description

Reporting to the Supply Chain team at the global headquarters in Paris, the responsibilities of the brands operations assistant are as follow:

Basic Business:

• Reporting preparation for Brand Value chain (scorecards, IBP, other meetings)
• Service level follow up and analysis:
• Lost sales / Attainment analysis / follow up with regions
• Preparation of meetings with regions
• Inventory analysis: safety stock/excess
• Coordination of non-regulatory reformulation:
• Phase in/phase out of the formula
• Inventory follow up / excess
• China registration: timing follow up / samples shipment
• Support for the different activities linked to the regions.

Profile

As a student with at least Master 1 level and initial experience in order management or supply chain, you are currently looking for a 6-month internship.

We're looking for someone who's eager to learn, able to prioritize and well-organized.

A perfect command of English is required, with a good level of French desirable.
