Job Description
This 6-month internship is designed to support key global marketing initiatives with a focus on business innovation and promotional branding for Darphin and Lab Series. You will have the opportunity to manage project timelines and collaborate closely with regional, affiliate, and cross‑functional teams.
As a Global Commercial Innovation Assistant for two international skincare brands, you will contribute to developing integrated 360° strategies that deliver seamless and high‑impact consumer journeys. Working alongside Global Marketing and Creative teams, you will help orchestrate key brand touchpoints to strengthen global awareness, desirability, and engagement across priority markets.
- Limited Editions Project Development (sets, GWP, samples, collaterals) :
- Propose and ideate on brand development opportunities
- Research, benchmark and propose ideas related to limited editions and help lead the development from beginning to end.
- Support the evaluation of project feasibility through the analysis of COGS, margin structures, and overall profitability for sets.
- Assist in project management & creative briefs for campaigns, sets and limited editions
- 360 Marketing Project Management :
- 360 competitive benchmarking & analysis (Activations strategies, 360 Campaigns, Visual Merchandising, Instore experiences, Social … in the overall Luxury and Beauty industry) / Best practices identification
- Support in the design of all the Consumer Marketing presentations, to be shared with the top management, regional and markets teams
- Internal & International Coordination:
- Ensure strong relationships with regions and markets from a Global standpoint. Project management & follow up to gather:
- all the Marketing’s departments documents (strategies, guidelines, ad hoc material…) at a Global level
- all the markets’ requests/needs, to make sure Global teams address these
- Help to coordinate the different Brands departments, specifically Marketing and Creative, to ensure smooth communication in between, to address respective needs at a Global level (Content & Assets lists, processes standardization and documentation formalization…)
Profile
Soon to graduate from a business school, with at least 1 first corporate work experience, you are fluent in French and English. A previous experience in Product Marketing in the Beauty Industry is a plus.
This internship is for you if you are interested in marketing topics in the luxury/beauty industry.
You are a team player, able to build strong relationships with cross functional and affiliate teams.
You are known for your autonomy, flexibility and ability to manage several projects at once, while demonstrating conscientiousness and precision in project follow-up.
Finally, you are recognized for your creativity, analytical skills, and autonomy, and you are proficient in Word, Excel and PPT.
