Job Description
The Global Online assistant has a key coordination role within the Online Global team of Kilian Paris being in contact with the different regions, teams and working on all the 360 online activations at Global levels. This scope covers tasks such as :
- Contribute to global online go-to-market guidelines for brand.com and retailer.com, ensuring brand consistency and best practices across regions.
- Support excellence in execution by auditing regional content integration and proactively recommending improvements.
- Work on global e-merchandising recommendations.
- Develop mockups for new pages aligned with the brand DNA, by prioritizing key assets and writing compelling, on-brand copy.
- Centralize product information, share it with regional partners, and coordinate its integration on brand.com.
- Coordinate with the Creative team to ensure on-time delivery of digital assets for brand.com and retailer.com, including site banners, newsletters/CRM, and other online-specific needs.
- Develop business cases, benchmarks, and competitive analyses to surface insights on consumer trends, category innovation, market challenges, and seasonal opportunities.
- Build clear briefs for online-specific needs, including online-exclusive products, launches, and campaigns.
- Contribute to quarterly site performance reporting, including deep dives into priority KPIs.
- Support the identification and assessment of AI opportunities (content, personalization, analytics) to improve efficiency, drive conversion, and deliver best-in-class services on brand.com.
- Monitor and notify bugs to regions
Profile
Master’s degree student with a first experience in Digital Marketing and/or E-Commerce, you are comfortable with Excel & PowerPoint, and have a good knowledge of Google Analytics.
You are rigorous, detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal &organizational skills and desire to lead in projects. Understanding of the luxury industry is a plus.
Finally, you are fluent in English and French and enjoys working in an international environment.
