Job Description
Product Development
• Conduct competitive product benchmarking, category mapping, and trend research to support new product concept creation.
• Participate in the end-to-end development of new Home, Bath & Body products, from ideation to industrialization.
• Prepare creative briefs and manage the development of mock-ups in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
• Coordinate packaging development processes (materials, formats, artwork routing, validation steps) in partnership with suppliers and operations teams.
• Support formula development with fragrance house, tracking submissions, organizing evaluations, and consolidating feedback.
• Assist in drafting product specifications, technical briefs, and documents required for regulatory or production processes.
• Monitor project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines for launches, photoshoots, and retailer presentations.
• Oversee sample management: ordering, tracking, and preparing samples for internal reviews, meetings, shoots, and events.
• Update and maintain existing product collections, ensuring accuracy of information, formulations, and packaging details.
• Support cross-functional communication with Marketing, Procurement, R&D, Packaging, and Supply Chain to ensure project alignment and smooth development flow.
Product Marketing
- Conduct competitive product/price analysis & market research to provide product development recommendations.
- Manage mock-ups and press samples for all product and collateral developments.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative product analyses, tracking sell-in and sell-out of new launches and animation results.
- Contribute to creation of new product launch programs
- Follow up on artworks for product developments.
- Support for creation of internal and External presentations (ie. Program launches, Retailer meetings)
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Currently enrolled in a Business School / Gap Year Internship.
• Previous internship experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to support product development workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams (R&D, Packaging, Procurement, Marketing).
• Interest in beauty, product innovation, and consumer trends
