HR Apprentice International Mobility

You will join SLB Mobility team and report to the Mobility Subject Matter Expert (SME). The team is currently working on defining and improving internal mobility rules and practices across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support geographical coefficient review process: external research, survey data collection, analysis, and reporting

• Contribute to policy updates: help reviewing and adapting mobility policies based on evolving practices

• Support in presentations design related to all sort of mobility programs and benefits.

• Assist in data analytics and tracking for mobility -related topics

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently enrolled in a master’s degree in human resources, Business, or Law

• Comfortable working with figures, data, and Excel

• Any experience or knowledge in data management, analytics, or Power BI is a strong asset

• Organized, curious and detail - oriented

• Good level of English (spoken and written)
