Job Description:
As an HR Assistant & Operations Apprentice, reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the company.
This apprenticeship is designed as a hands-on and learning-oriented role, combining:
- Office & operational responsibilities (core scope),
- Progressive exposure to HR operations and administrative support, under close HR supervision.
It is an ideal opportunity for a student wishing to discover the concrete reality of HR operational roles, while developing strong organizational and coordination skills.
Your Responsibilities:
Operations & Office Management
You contribute to the smooth running of daily operations and employee experience:
- Manage mail, deliveries and office logistics
- Coordinate office supplies, vendors and external service providers
- Ensure proper workplace organization and support daily employee needs
- Prepare operational materials (badges, business cards, access requests, etc.)
- Support internal events and team life initiatives
HR Operations Support
Alongside the Head of HR, you will support operational HR activities, such as:
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, logistics, coordination)
- Preparing HR administrative documents using existing templates
- Updating employee records and HR tracking files
- Supporting training sessions logistics and follow-up
- Assisting with internal HR communications (announcements, surveys, HR processes)
- Contributing to the documentation and continuous improvement of HR operational processes.
International & Expatriate Support
- Support Korean expatriates with practical and administrative matters related to their arrival and daily life in France
- Coordinate between HR, employees and external partners to facilitate integration
Profile Sought:
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in both oral and written communication.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English.
- Cultural Understanding: Good understanding of acculturation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Service Orientation: Strong service orientation and ability to anticipate the needs of employees
