ABOUT SLB HR LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT APPRENTICES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the coordination and implementation of early career learning and development programs.
• Assist employees in Europe and the Middle East with training and development needs.
• Collaborate with global training teams in Asia and the Americas to enhance the training offer and share best practices.
• Support the organization and follow‑up of training programs, including onboarding academies.
• Prepare and revise employment contracts for new hires in the Technology organization.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives (recognition programs, project reviews, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS

• Enrolled in a Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in HR, training, or development (internship or apprenticeship).
• Interest in Learning & Development topics.
