SLB is seeking an apprentice to work with the HR team in Paris HQ. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment while supporting various aspects of HR as well as projects at a global level with our HR HQ team.
Apprenticeship is based in Paris (75007), the mission duration can be for 1 or 2 years depending on the profile.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the preparation and updating of regular HR reports
- Work with Talent Team on international moves (Offer preparation, follow up on acceptance, Talent App projects)
- Assist Talent Team with Talent App training & initiatives for the HR population within the division
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Division HR team in SLB HQ
- Contribute to ongoing HR projects in collaboration with the RP HR HQ team
- Work closely with various stakeholders within the HR department
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program (Human Resources, Business School with HR Specialization)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Autonomy / Self time management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (non-French Speakers in the team)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience (internship – apprenticeship) in HR appreciated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Tools
