Schlumberger Riboud Product Center (SRPC) is the largest SLB technology and development center in Europe. Approximately 800 scientists, engineers, and technicians from over 50 nationalities design and manufacture equipment and systems for our oil services worldwide. MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will support the HSE Team in different processes.
Your tasks will be:
• Risk assessment: Identify, analyse and prioritise occupational, chemical, environmental and ergonomic risks. Implement risk analysis using internal and/or external systems (Dashboard, Quarks software, other equivalent tools).
• Awareness and training: Organise training and awareness-raising activities on HSE standards for employees.
• Monitoring prevention plans: Ensure the monitoring and annual updating of risk and accident prevention plans.
• Stock monitoring: Ensure the inventory of stocks and safety equipment for chemicals.
• Incident analysis: Investigate and analyse workplace accidents and incidents to propose corrective measures.
• Drafting procedures: Draft HSE procedures and instructions and propose adjustments if necessary.
• Control and verification: Verify compliance with HSE rules and monitor risk prevention actions.
PROFILES AND SKILLS
Desired profile: Bachelor’s level student in HSE / QHSE.
To fulfill these missions, the sought-after skills are:
1) Technical skills:
• Regulatory knowledge: Proficiency in health, safety and environmental standards and regulations.
• Risk assessment: Ability to identify, analyse and prioritise occupational risks.
•Prevention techniques: Knowledge of risk prevention methods and tools.
• Documentation management: Skills in preparing and managing documentation relating to risk assessments and incidents.
