EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for a talented intern to join its Paris team as a Human Resources Assistant Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to EIC’s HR operations, employee support, and the improvement of internal processes related to our teams.

You will participate in different areas of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, administrative follow-up, and the development of company culture.

You will take on a versatile role within an international company specialized in professional mobility between France and Canada, with real responsibilities from the beginning of your internship.

The internship will take place at our Paris office, while working closely with our teams based in Canada.

You will evolve in an international environment and contribute to the development of an organization helping students and young graduates build their professional projects abroad.

MISSIONS

As a Human Resources Assistant Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in supporting our teams and developing HR processes.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment support: participate in the recruitment process, from job posting creation to candidate follow-up.
  • Candidate management: review applications, organize interviews, and ensure proper candidate tracking.
  • Interview coordination: coordinate exchanges between candidates and internal teams.
  • Employee onboarding: contribute to welcoming new team members and supporting them throughout their integration process.
  • HR administrative support: assist with managing employee documentation and internal HR processes.
  • HR tools management: update and maintain employee information within internal tools.
  • Company culture development: participate in initiatives aimed at strengthening employee engagement and team cohesion.
  • Internal communication: contribute to sharing information with employees and improving internal communication.
  • Internal event organization: participate in organizing initiatives that promote team collaboration and engagement.
  • Employee follow-up: contribute to monitoring employee needs, feedback, and development.
  • HR process analysis: identify opportunities to improve organization and HR practices.
  • International team collaboration: work with teams based in France and Canada on various HR projects.

PROFILE

  • You are currently studying human resources, management, business, psychology, or a related field.
  • You have a strong interest in recruitment, employee support, and HR management.
  • You are organized, rigorous, and comfortable with administrative follow-up.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with different stakeholders.
  • You are curious, autonomous, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable using office tools and collaborative platforms.
  • You have strong listening and analytical skills.
  • You enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Previous experience in human resources, recruitment, or administration is a plus.
  • A good level of English is appreciated in order to collaborate with our teams based in Canada.
