Within Edmond de Rothschild in France, project managers support the Executive Board and the Private Banking Projects division in rolling out innovative solutions and new products.
Missions
- Design and prototype AI and data solutions for private banking, insurance advisory, corporate finance, and asset management (DPM, Active Advisory, etc.).
- Develop AI and generative AI use cases (business assistants, document analysis, recommendations, scoring, automatic summarization, etc.).
- Prepare and process data (collection, cleaning, enrichment) and contribute to the data pipelines required for the models.
- Implement and evaluate machine learning and NLP models (performance, robustness, explainability).
- Document datasets, models, and workflows (notebooks, diagrams, technical guides).
- Participate in defining business requirements with cross-functional teams (private banking, insurance, asset management, risk, compliance, IT).
- Help ensure that security, privacy, GDPR, and AI regulatory issues are addressed in collaboration with dedicated teams.
- Prepare demonstrations, materials, and workshops to support users and foster a data/AI culture.
Profile
- Master’s student or student at a prestigious institution (engineering, business, or university) specializing in data science, AI, computer science, or applied mathematics.
- Solid proficiency in Python and key data/AI tools (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn; knowledge of NLP or deep learning is a plus)
- Good proficiency in SQL and an interest in data engineering (pipelines, data quality, integration).
- Understanding of modern AI concepts (LLM, embeddings, RAG, scoring, recommendation) and curiosity about new approaches. Strong interest in finance-related fields (private banking, asset management, insurance consulting, corporate finance).
- Rigorous, self-motivated, curious, and able to structure your work (clean code, documentation, follow-up).
- Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to explain data and AI topics to business users in layman’s terms; working knowledge of English for reading.
