Description of the Team/Project

During your internship, you will be part of a team in charge of the development of optical system sold by Quandela. You will refer to one of the R&D engineers.

The internship project involves helping in the development of fully automized and miniaturised alignement modules for general optical setups.

You will also participate in the work team according to the current needs. Therefore, you must be able to communicate and work in an international team.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Modelize and assemble opto-mechanical part of a system
• Installation and control with python of motorized elements

• Optimize and integrate these opto-mechanical parts
• Characterize system’s efficiency and stability
• Study beam profile and propagation

• Experimental experience with optical components
• Basic level of 3D modelling
• Experience in python programming
• Possess a creative way of thinking, be energetic, proactive and autonomous
• Willingness to work in an international team

• Internship Allowance between €1,200 and €1,400 per month 💰
