MISSIONS
· Deploy and implement the action plan linked to the “People, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion” pillar and voluntary work: disability, school relations including CSR topics…
· Conduct and ensure the reporting of the pillar while ensuring smooth and regular communication with different stakeholders.
· Conduct and ensure benchmarks and competitive intelligence on “People, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion” topics.
PROFIL
· Degree : Master degree (BAC+5).
· Electives : CSR / HR/ Communication.
· Experience: A first experience in CSR/HR would be a plus.
· Hard skills : MS office proficiency and a fluent level in English mandatory.
· Langage : English C2.
· Soft skills : proactivity, curiosity, autonomous, reactivity, very strong interpersonal skills with a strong will to work in the corporate social responsibility field (environmental or social)..
