MISSION
As part of our growth, we are looking for a curious and analytical Digital Marketing Assistant Intern, with a strong interest in data, SEO and CRM topics.
You will support the team in analyzing digital performance, improving online visibility, and contributing to user engagement and retention initiatives, including the rollout and use of a CRM tool.
Main Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis
- Track and analyze performance across key digital channels (website, SEO, social media, newsletters)
- Build and update dashboards (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Sprout Social)
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights to support decision-making
2. SEO & Content Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and monitor SEO performance
- Perform regular benchmarks and competitor analysis
- Contribute to on-page SEO improvements and content optimization
- Identify new content opportunities
3. CRM & Email Marketing
- Support the implementation and day-to-day use of a CRM tool (HubSpot)
- Assist in managing contact databases, segmentation, and data quality
- Contribute to the creation and optimization of newsletters (B2B & B2C)
- Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click rates, engagement)
- Support initiatives aimed at improving lead gen and retention
4. Website & UX Optimization
- Participate in website improvements (structure, navigation, content updates)
- Support A/B testing initiatives and analyze results
- Help enhance user journeys based on performance data and UX best practices
5. Digital Projects
- Contribute to the development and optimization of website features
- Support marketing aspects of product or protocol launches
- Collaborate with internal teams
PROFILE
- Student in Digital Marketing or Data Analytics or related field (Bachelor +3 or higher)
- Strong interest in data analysis, SEO and digital performance
- Comfortable with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search console
- First experience or understanding of CRM tools (ideally HubSpot) is a plus
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Organized, proactive and eager to learn
- Interest in user experience and digital environments
- Professional level of English required; French is a plus
