PROPOSED SCOPE

Documentation & Digitalization

• Convert Word maintenance task sheets into fillable PDFs for field use

• Build a fleet-wide library of operating and maintenance manuals per rig, accessible from HQ

• Attach the relevant manual to each asset in MMFusion

• Review and restructure the Technical Library (architecture, naming, metadata)

Maintenance Operations

• Build and maintain an action tracker for all open maintenance topics across the fleet

• Review Maintenance Plans for accuracy and consistency

• Support the Drilling Rigs Load Path Analysis

Broader Exposure (to make the role attractive and well-rounded)

• Support development of a fleet maintenance KPI dashboard (Power BI)

• Photographic inventory of critical equipment as foundation for future digital twin/asset register work

• Spare parts cataloguing: OEM cross-reference, naming standardisation

• Benchmarking of CMMS usage between rigs (data quality, work order closure rates)

• Process mapping for preventive, corrective, and breakdown workflows
