You’ll join a fast-scaling deep-tech company where the business team supports high-value opportunities ranging from €50k–€500k Quantum Consulting engagements to Quantum Computer deals >€1m, contributing to the growth of one of Europe’s most advanced quantum computing players.

Description of the Team/Project

As Right Hand to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will join the Business organization at a pivotal moment of expansion of Quandela. Your role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and sales execution. You will support the CGO in structuring the commercial engine, ensuring alignment across teams, and enabling fast and effective decision-making.

You will contribute to internal coordination (Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Product, Public Affairs), operational follow-up, and strategic initiative tracking—helping the organization scale efficiently while keeping execution sharp and data-driven.

You will work directly with the CGO and the Chief of Staff and closely to many profiles including sales, application engineers, head of marketing, etc. who will mentor you and give you substantial ownership over your scope.

• A solid business understanding of the HPC, data-center, and cloud-provider ecosystem, complemented by deep knowledge in quantum computing and quantum physics.
• Hard-skills: Powerpoint, Excel, AI automation and project management tools
• Soft-skills: Project management across both logistical and business dimensions, paired with strong organizational and communication skills to structure work efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & operational support to the CGO

• Support the CGO in prioritizing, planning, and tracking strategic initiatives.
• Prepare briefs, meeting materials, and follow-up actions for executive discussions.
• Centralize communication between Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Product, and Application Engineering.
• Ensure decisions are translated into clear, actionable next steps for the team.

2. Commercial Operations & Pipeline Structuring

• Contribute to sales pipeline monitoring, opportunity tracking, and KPI reviews.
• Produce performance analyses, dashboards, and reports to support decisions.

3. Partnerships & business development

• Support partnership follow-up and assist the Sales Manager once agreements are signed.
• Contribute to the preparation and execution of trade shows, conferences, and ecosystem events.
• Assist in preparing materials and presentations for external stakeholders.

4. Market & Competitive Intelligence

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Identify new business opportunities and support market segmentation efforts (geography, industry)
• Provide concise insights to help refine strategy and positioning

You’re curious, proactive and willing to learn fast.

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school.
• Eligible for a 6-month internship agreement.
• Strong interest in deep-tech, innovation, and fast-growing environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in French and English.
