Team presentation

With over 25 years of experience, the Wealth Solutions team currently manages €5 billion, representing 14% of Eurazeo's assets under management.
Once reserved for institutional clients, the asset class of Private Equity is now attracting a growing market of private investors.
To meet this demand, Eurazeo Wealth Solutions now offers 7 multi-strategy funds that are accessible to non-professional investors.
The Wealth Solutions Team is composed of 6 people. One Partner in charge of the team and activity, one director, two VPs, two analysts, focused on structuring the Wealth offer of Eurazeo and commercial effort. The team is assisted by one executive assistant and a digital VP.
The team has a transversal activity and works with all teams around the organization: investment, operations and client servicing, legal and compliance and communication in addition to its commercial contacts outside the Group.

The team is in charge of the structuration of new products accessible to private investors. These funds are distributed through networks of banks, insurance companies and IFAs. These funds all co-invest alongside institutional products. Eurazeo currently offers a range of 6 differents products offering access to all of Eurazeo's strategies


Responsabilities

• Assist the team in roadshow preparation
• Monitor the fundraising activity
• Send over NAVs to all distribution networks and ensure listing is up to date
• Answer due diligence questionnaires, RFPs
• Define and regular update of marketing for the team: presentations, two-pagers, website content
• Market studies and competition watch
• Participate in the digital platform development and maintenance
• Assist with client relationship management

Profil recherché

Key success factors

• Meticulous written and oral expression in French and English
• Ability to write in English and French
• Good command of office automation tools, particularly the Office pack
• Strong powerpoint skills
• Ability to organise and manage your own time and that of others
• You know how to work in a demanding environment and have the ability to adapt quickly to a wide variety of subjects
• You are dynamic, rigorous, versatile and organised, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.
