You will join a dynamic legal team based in Paris and Brussels, working on a wide range of corporate law matters. You will gain insight into the role of a legal assistant within an international group and benefit from rich interactions with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
This internship is an ideal opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate law, within a demanding and highly instructive international environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE INTERN
1. Support for the deployment of a subsidiary management tool
- Participation in the implementation project of a subsidiary management software
- Collection, classification, and integration of legal data into the new system
- Verification of the consistency of existing information, updating available data, and gathering missing elements
- Liaison with legal teams and, where applicable, with the software provider
2. Management and updating of an internal data room
- Contribution to the optimization and structuring of the data room (folder structure, document typology, naming conventions)
- Review of document consistency, traceability, and accuracy
- Organization, updating, and filing of documents
3. Corporate law – corporate and administrative support
- Participation in the day-to-day legal monitoring of subsidiaries (approval of accounts, corporate officers’ mandates, statutory documents) and assistance with the drafting of legal documentation
- Coordination with corporate secretarial providers for the completion and publication of corporate formalities
- Updating and monitoring corporate dashboards (legal organization charts, entity lists, shareholders registers, etc.)
- Occasional involvement in cross-functional projects within the legal department
- Assistance with the deployment of a risk tracking and management system
PREFERRED PROFILE
- Experience: Entry-level candidates welcome. Previous experience within an in-house legal department would be an asset.
- Education: Holder of a bachelor’s degree in law and a Master 1 in Corporate Law / Business Law, currently pursuing a Master 2 or any other postgraduate degree (LLM, MBA, etc.).
- Skills: Strong understanding of corporate legal documents, keen interest in corporate law and corporate environments, rigor, accuracy, strong organizational skills, autonomy, and a high level of discretion and attention to detail.
- Language: Proficiency in professional English is essential due to the international scope of the position.

Duration: Starting in May 2026 for 3-6 months
