Legal Project Assistant 6-Month Internship

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

Main challenge​

As a project Assistant you’ll support the implementation of a new contract management system, including workshops, testing, and contract migration.​

What it means on a daily basis​

• Participate to the implementation & configuration workshops with the vendor​

• Participate in testing of the tool’s functionalities​

• Ensuring the full contractual documentation is available and clearly labelled for the legacy contracts to be migrated ​

• Extracting information from the legacy contracts using the AI functionalities of the tool​

• Liaising with the members of the legal team in case of doubt in the interpretation of the contracts data​

Who you will be working with​

You will report to the Contract Manager and work together with the rest of the legal team.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Master's degree (BAC+4/5)​

• Full professional proficiency in English​

• Experience working with contracts, particularly in English​

• Strong interest in contract management​

• Previous experience with a contract management system is a plus
