About the Role

We are expanding fast in France and are looking for a marketing & events intern for a 6 months period starting in September.

As part of a 20-person team in France, you will work directly with senior team members and get hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing company operates.

Key Responsibilities

Events & Trade Fairs

• Support the planning and execution of major trade fairs, hospitality events, and brand activations across France


• Coordinate event logistics, including venues, materials, transportation, and on-site organization


• Support on the coordination of the chefs collaborations and tasting during fairs Manage invitations, guest lists, and attendee follow-up


• Generate and qualify leads during events, ensuring accurate follow-up with the Sales team Assist with post-event reporting, lead tracking, and ROI analysis Support the development and maintenance of relationships with restaurateurs, hotels, and key hospitality partners Maintain and update CRM records related to prospects and partners

Marketing Support

• Assist in the creation and coordination of marketing campaigns and brand activations


• Support content creation for social media, newsletters, and sales materials

Your Profile

• Strong interest in marketing, events and hospitality


• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented


• Work with a passionate, multicultural team based in central Paris


• Fluent in French (mandatory) and English


• Available for frequent travel across France


• Hands-on attitude
