Description de l'emploi - Presales Associate within the Strategic & Large Deals

Position Overview :

As a Presales Associate Intern at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), you will join the France Strategic & Large team. This internship offers hands-on experience in market intelligence, competitive analysis, AI enablement, and project management operations related to Presales & sales activities contributing directly to high-impact business pursuits.

Main Missions :

1. Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct structured market and competitive research on transversal offers using both internal and public sources.
  • Map competitors by segment, leveraging TCS’s analytical capabilities.

2. Knowledge Management & Documentation

  • Capitalize on deals and deliverables by organizing and summarizing key learnings
  • Structure and update presales documentation, e.g. frequently used presentations and contents, case studies
  • Regular updates and sharing of best practices with the presales & sales community

3. AI Enablement

  • Create and test reusable AI approaches & prompts, e.g. for RfP (Request for Proposal) and Proposal analysis, proposal quality assessment, content generation
  • Build a user guide for prompt usage, including best practices and examples

4. Project Management & Deal Operations

  • Update the backlog and weekly status of large deals

5. AI Best Practices & Efficiency

  • Explore the use of AI to presales efficiency, such as building transition & transformation plans, creating executive summaries, designing business case…

6. Repository & Template Management

  • Define and build a repository for bid documents, using tagging for classification.
  • Develop and store templates for Qualification, Win/loss analysis, Price-to-win strategies.

7. Team Support

  • Provide support to team members engaged in specific business pursuits.

Desired Profile :

  • Business or Engineering School (last year of Master of Science)
  • Analytical mindset, combining synthesis and attention to detail
  • Strong interest and ideally good general culture on digital technologies
  • Interest in market research, competitive analysis, and AI
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural team environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite
  • English fluency is mandatory
