THE ROLE

We are seeking an Investor Relations Intern to join our dedicated Buy-Out Investor Relations team and contribute to a broad range of fundraising, investor servicing and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and enhancing investor presentations, both in terms of content and format, including track record analyses, performance data, portfolio analyses, investment pipeline updates and case studies
• Supporting prospective investors throughout their due diligence process, including the preparation of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), data room management and responses to ad-hoc requests
• Contributing to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other investor documentation
• Conducting market research, benchmarking and quantitative analyses to support fundraising and investor communications
• Preparing marketing and fundraising materials for prospective investors, including teasers, pitch materials and Private Placement Memoranda (PPMs)
• Coordinating with Investment and support teams to gather information and respond to investor queries
• Contributing to the development of AI-enabled tools and automation initiatives to streamline Investor Relations processes and improve the team's efficiency

Duration: 6 months

PROFILE

The ideal candidate would need to have the following skills and qualifications:

• Currently undertaking a gap year or completing the final year of study
• Previous internship experience in private equity, strategy consulting, transaction services or a related field preferred
• Strong interest in and understanding of private assets and finance
• Curiosity about AI and its practical applications, with an interest in using new tools to improve efficiency and ways of working
• Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Proactive, self-motivated and hands-on, with the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
• A collaborative mindset, strong team spirit and a high level of integrity
• Available for a six-month internship
