Job Description

We are looking for a Content Marketing Intern to support the global content team in the development and delivery of SBS editorial strategy across digital platforms.

The main responsibilities include:

Editorial planning & coordination

• Assist with the implementation of the editorial plan across multiple content formats (articles, studies, podcasts, videos)
• Support the coordination and publication of content on platforms such as the website and YouTube
• Help ensure consistency with the brand’s tone and marketing objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams (such as product marketing and external communications) as well as external contributors to align content priorities and ensure quality

Content creation

• Assist in editing articles on banking and finance topics, following SEO best practices
• Assist in editing our podcast
• Contribute to the scripting and publishing of YouTube video series
• Support content ideation by gathering inputs from internal stakeholders

Editorial operations

• Assist in translating and adapting English content for a French-speaking audience
• Support content formatting, proofreading, and uploading using CMS tools
• Assist in maintaining and updating the blog section of the website

Research & insights

• Conduct research on trends in the banking and financial industry
• Contribute to editorial planning by suggesting relevant topics and identifying content opportunities

• Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Business or related fields
• Good level in English and French, both written and spoken
• Curious, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Basic knowledge of SEO and CMS tools is a plus
• An interest in fintech and financial technologies is a plus
• A first experience in marketing (internship or academic project) is a plus
