Business Development Representative (BDR) – International Expansion
About QuantiliaQuantilia is a fast-growing Fintech specializing in financial data analysis and portfolio monitoring for institutional investors and Family Offices. We transform complex data into actionable decision-making intelligence.
After successfully establishing ourselves in the French market, we are now accelerating our international footprint. We are looking for ambitious students to spearhead our growth in Northern and Southern Europe.
The Role: Fueling Our International GrowthAs an International BDR Intern/Apprentice, you will work directly with the Head of Sales to open new markets. This is not just "calling"; it is strategic prospecting in a high-level financial ecosystem.
- Market Intelligence: Identify and map key decision-makers (CIOs, Portfolio Managers, Heads of Operations) within Tier-1 financial institutions in your target region.
- Strategic Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (Cold Calling, emails) to generate qualified leads.
- Pitching & Discovery: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and present the Quantilia value proposition.
- CRM Management: Maintain rigorous data hygiene in our CRM to track the sales pipeline and conversion metrics.
- Feedback Loop: Collaborate with the Product & Tech teams to share market feedback and help adapt our solution to local specificities.
Education: Student in a Gap Year or Final Year from a Top-Tier Business School or University
Linguistic Requirements (Mandatory):
- Native speaker level in one of the following: German, Dutch, or Italian.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- French is a plus but not mandatory for this specific role.
