Your mission

As a Sales Assistant Intern, you will support our sales team every day so that no customer request is left unanswered, from the first contact to the end of the trip. You will mainly handle our Italian, French and English-speaking customers.

Sales support

• Qualify incoming leads (website, phone, email) and route them to the right salesperson
• Prepare quotes and check boat availability with our partners
• Follow up on pending quotes and push customers towards booking
• Keep our CRM up to date (leads, deals, activities)

Booking and after-sales

• Manage booking confirmations and travel arrangements
• Handle the administrative follow-up from booking until the end of the trip
• Answer customers by phone and email about their bookings (B2C)
• Communicate with our partners about customer requests (B2B)
• Manage invoicing and data entry across our tools
• Ensure the quality of the SamBoat experience

Your profile

• Student in tourism, business or sales, looking for a 6-month internship
• Internship agreement required
• Fluent in French, English and Italian
• Organized, autonomous and reactive
• Good interpersonal and commercial skills, comfortable on the phone
• At ease with IT tools (CRM, back-office, spreadsheets)
• Bonus: first experience in the travel or yachting industry
• Super bonus: fluent in Spanish and/or German
