As a Trainee in SAP User Management, you will be responsible for supporting the administration and maintenance of SAP user accounts. You will gain hands-on experience in managing user access, roles, and permissions within the SAP environment.
This role is ideal for individuals who are keen to develop their skills in SAP and user management :
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of SAP user accounts.
- Support the assignment and management of user roles and permissions.
- Monitor and report on user access and activities to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve user access issues.
- Participate in user training and provide support to end-users on SAP-related queries.
- Document processes and maintain accurate records of user management activities.
Skills and knowledge required :
- A strong interest in SAP and user management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Basic understanding of IT and software applications.
- English is a must (minimum level B2)
Technological environment :
- Prior experience or coursework in SAP or user management
