What you'll work on 

Our roadmap moves fast; what you'll ship in month three isn't on the board today. A taste of what's live right now:

• AI agents: assistants that reason about inventory decisions and apply optimizations
• Query optimization: PostgreSQL at a scale where EXPLAIN ANALYZE is a daily read
• Real-time data at scale: SSE, Redis pub/sub, multi-tenant fan-out across Kubernetes pods
• Frontend craft: virtualized data tables, faceted filters, the kind of UI retail live in all day

Who we're looking for

People who build things because they can't help it.

If you've shipped a side project, contributed to open source, spent a weekend hunting down a weird bug, optimized something nobody asked you to optimize, or obsessed over the details of a UI until it felt right, we want to talk to you.

You'll fit in here if you:

• Have solid software engineering fundamentals
• Move fast and figure things out on your own
• Care about the craft, not just the ticket
