We are looking for two interns.
What is the mission?
Reporting to the EMEA Regional E‑Business team, you will work on a daily basis in an international environment, across the Group’s different brands and the three categories (Fragrances, Skincare and Make‑up). You will support the E‑Retail Project Managers and the Team Manager in their initiatives and gain a comprehensive overview of both marketing and commercial strategies.
Intern 1 (Organisation, Guidelines & Digital Shelf QA)
• Manages Master Launch Calendar (12 brands)
• Owns Asset Tracker: rights, expiration, completeness
• Supports guidelines & category playbooks with benchmarks
• Digital Shelf Quality Assurance : PDP quality, SEO checks, variants & attributes
• First-level support to markets (requests, triage)
• Collects data for reporting: SOV, SEO, compliance
Intern 2 (Content Creation, Toolkits & Activations)
• Creates & adapts launch toolkits (copies, assets, A+ inputs)
• Supports retailer-exclusive content
• Helps write & adapt PDP copy (SEO, Translation)
• Support activations with markets
• Follows campaigns: KPIs, screenshots, insights
• First-level support on content & activation requests
What are we looking for?
- Required education level: Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (equivalent to Bac+3 to Bac+5)
- Curious, proactive, and highly organized
- Strong interest in the cosmetics and digital sectors, with a passion for keeping up with the latest online trends
- Excellent command of English and French is essential (spoken, written, and reading)
- Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
