VOTRE ROLE


Les resistances en polysilicum sont des composants indispensables pour les circuits analogues de la microélectronique. Leur fiabilité et leur bonne stabilité sont des caracteristiques importantes pour la bonne fonctionnalité du produit final.


Le stage proposé concerne l'étude de la fiabilité des résistances fabriquées à Crolles sur des plaques 200mm et 300mm. Le candidat devra travailler sur leur stabilité thermique et électrique mais aussi sur leur appariement. L'objectif final est de modéliser leur comportement en fiabilité et prendre en compte ce dernier dans le dessin des futurs circuits.


Le stage se déroulera au sein de l'équipe Device Characterization and Reliability Enablement.


VOS COMPETENCES ET EXPERIENCES



  • Master (Bac+5) en Microélectronique

  • Connaissances en physique des semiconducteurs , en microélectronique, et en circuit analogue

  • Maitrise d'Excel pour le traitement des données

  • Maitrise de l'Anglais


 


YOUR ROLE 


Polysilicon resistors are key basic devices for analog circuits in microelectronics. The good reliability/stability of these resistors is mandatory for the good functionality of the circuits.


The proposed internship deals with the reliability study of these polysilicon resistors processed on Crolles 200mm and 300mm wafers. The student will work on their thermal and electrical and also on their matching. The final objective is to modelized the reliability behavior of these devices in order to take it into account in future designs


The internship will take part inside the Device Characterization and Reliability Enablement team


 


YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES



  • Master (Bac+5) degree in Microelectronics devices

  • Knowledge in semiconductor physics, microelectronics, analog circuits

  • Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite..;

  • English business proficiency
