How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Intégré au sein d'un site SEVESO, et d'une usine de production de gaz combustible (acétylène), dans une équipe d'une 15aine de personnes et sous l'autorité du Responsable du site, en relation étroite avec les équipes maintenance/exploitation et la responsable sécurité, le stagiaire réalisera :
• Maintenance :
  • Finaliser le suivi le stock de pièces de rechange annotés de leur criticité.
  • Réaliser la méthode 5S sur les pièces de rechange maintenance
  • Rédiger les modes opératoires des opérations de maintenance préventive et proposer des solutions d'amélioration.
• Projet : définition du Cahier des Charges, consultation prestataires,
  • Etudier les possibilités d'amélioration d'ergonomies des postes de travail dans le but de réduire les ports de charges
• Process :
  • Mettre à jour les mode opératoires
  • Analyser les anomalies et proposer les solutions techniques adéquates.
