## Job Description\n\nWe are seeking a creative and motivated intern to join our Store Design and Visual Merchandising team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of retail design and merchandising in the cosmetics and fragrances sector. \n\n## Key Responsibilities\n\n * Assist in the development and implementation of visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience across all different retail channels \n * Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing store layouts and displays, both on the design, drawing and 3D development phase. \n * Support the execution of seasonal and promotional displays, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.\n * Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors latest designs and trends.\n * Assist in the preparation of design presentations and VM guidelines. \n * Participate in store visits to evaluate and provide feedback on stor designs \u0026 visual merchandising standards.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n * Currently pursuing a degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion Design, Architecture or a related field.\n * Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.\n * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.\n * Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).\n * Basic knowldege of Autocad and 3D softwares (Sketchup \u0026 Vray) is a plus. \n * Passion for the cosmetics and fragrance industry. \n * Passion for the retail sector\n\n\n\n## What We Offer\n\n * Hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment.\n * Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the field.\n * Opportunity to contribute to real-world projects and make a tangible impact.\n * Networking opportunities within the industry.\n * An international, dynamic and inclusive work environment.\n\n\n
