Talent HR Project Coordinator - Paris - Alternance RH

We are
looking for our next team member who will be joining us as a Talent HR Project Coordinator in "Alternance" for a 12 or 24 months period or for a 6 months Internship

Your
main responsibilities:

• Opportunity to assist the HR Manager
  on the full scope of HR activities.
  
• Support the talent acquisition in
  sourcing the best talents in Financial services Worlwide.
  
• Participate to HR development
  project such as onboarding & career plan.
  
• Implementation of HR processes and
  systems.
  
• You will be given ownership of
  dedicated projects and the space to start your own initiatives to completion
  with the support of the managers & the team.

What
experience and background we are looking for:

• Fluent
  in French & English is mandatory
  
• Studying
  for a MSc qualification in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or MBA with HR
  concentration
  
• The
  ability and willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment
