User Experience & Publishing Production intern F/M

New Tales is looking for a passionate and motivated User Experience & Publishing Production intern (F/M) to join our team!

What is the job about ?

As a User Experience & Production intern, you will assist the Publishing Producer with anything related to playtests for New Tales’ internally and externally developed games.

What does it mean for the day-to-day ?

- Playing our games !

- Preparing testing protocols

- Preparing surveys

- Enrolling the right players internally and/or externally, at the right time

- Making sure players get the build when they are supposed to

- Making sure players fill the survey and provide any necessary information/files

- Compiling and analyzing results

- Conveying results to the studio

What are we looking for ?

-  Personable, friendly and level-headed

- An attention for details, capable of analyzing game design while playing

- Experience with game-making process (even if it is for a student-project)

- A keen interest in gaming and knowledge of gaming culture.

What do you need to succeed ?

- Team-oriented spirit with a collaborative mindset

- Proficient in English (spoken and written)

- You are comfortable with managing and meeting deadlines, organizing and planning tasks

- You are able to communicate effectively and remind people of their deadlines

- You communicate well when you are stuck, you want to brainstorm, or want feedback

• 6 months internship ideally from October 2025
• 1 paid leave per month fully worked (in case of 6 months internship only)
