TYPE: Part-time (3 days a week, having the ability to work on Wednesday is appreciated), CDD (to become CDI)
WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:00, Monday to Friday
SALARY: €14.4k per annual level, prorated for 21 hours (€24k) (flexible)
LOCATION: North-West Suburb of Paris, France (Office based)

Part-time HR and Office Administrator Main Responsibilities:
Administration
•Management of office general affair
•Office: cleaning, utilities (EDF…), repairs & maintenance, purchasing of office supplies
•Contracts: Telephones, internet, water server, copy machine
•Insurances: Office, cars, civil responsibility etc,

Human Resources
•Management of paid vacation and RTT, company benefits for local employees,
Mutuelle/Generali, Health Checkup, Ticket Restaurant, and contracts for company cars
•Making working days chart
•Assistance of expatriates

Part-time HR and Office Administrator Ideal Candidate:
•Business level of fluency in English and French
•Experience working in an administrative or HR department is needed
•Japanese language would be advantageous
