You will engage prospects through marketing leads, referred by our channel partners and your own prospecting. These will be a mix of cold leads and warm leads, thus you’ll be responsible for proactively reaching out, creating interest, and generating pipeline to drive results within the Germany, Austria and Switzerland markets.Your job is to turn leads into real conversations that result in demos.Key Responsibilities:Prospect into account lists via calls, email, and LinkedInMake high-volume outbound calls with a strong focus on quality conversationsGenerate and qualify opportunities through discovery conversationsBook meetings for Account Executives and ensure strong handoff contextFollow up on warmer leads with speed and professionalismCollaborate with marketing and sales ;to refine targeting and messagingMaintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline data in CRMTest and iterate on outreach strategies to improve conversion ratesSuccess Metrics:Outbound activity (calls, emails, touches)Meetings booked ;Pipeline generatedConversion rates across outreach stagesSpeed and quality of follow-up on partner leads
