(Associate) Specialist, Performance & Engagement (Fixed-term)

We are on the lookout for a (Associate) Specialist, Performance & Engagement (Fixed - term) to join the Global Talent team for 6 months on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

• Configure and launch surveys; manage cadence, content, and anonymity settings

• Monitor participation, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with People teams

• Maintain and audit employee data segments and attributes

• Support stakeholders with dashboards, reporting, and post-survey actions

• Assist in creating user guides, performance & talent process maps, FAQs, and test cases

• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and documentation tracking

• Compile feedback, manage UAT logs, and prepare data uploads

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines. 

• Structured approach to meetings, tracking, and documentation.

• Demonstrate strong follow-through, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to their work.

• Comfortable navigating a complex organizational structure, building relationships, and collaborating across teams to drive results

• Capable of spotting inconsistencies in data or documentation.

• Working knowledge of HR systems like Peakon and Workday (or a quick learner).

• Confident with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets

• Preferably experience supporting cross-functional initiatives or projects
