Contract Manager - HDD Construction

We are currently seeking an experienced Joint Venture Contract Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Wiesbaden at the earliest opportunity. In this key role, you will act as the central interface between our company and our joint venture partners, particularly in contractual and operational matters.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for contract management and coordination within the joint venture Michels Trenchless GmbH - Max Bögl


• Establishing and maintaining efficient communication structures between MTG and MB


• Central interface and first point of contact for issues in the context of the joint venture


• Close cooperation with the operations team to implement contractual requirements in a practical manner


• Participation in the strategic orientation and continuous optimization of JV-related processes


• Responsible for support and ensuring Michels interests are supported at the Joint Venture level


• Travelling to the various joint venture jobs regularly to help identify concerns and solutions for project, company, and Joint Venture issues

Your Profile:

• Degree in business law, civil engineering, business administration or similar


• Solid experience in contract management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector


• Knowledge of HDD or special civil engineering desirable


• Up-to-date software skills in Microsoft 365, RIB iTwo, MS Project / Tilos, Primavera P6


• Experience in working with technical and operational teams


• Business fluent in German and English


• Strong communication skills, organizational talent and hands-on mentality
