Das Projekt beinhaltet die Konzeption, Strukturierung und Implementierung eines zentralen AI Programms, das die Nutzung von künstlicher Intelligenz in verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen steuert und unterstützt. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Einrichtung klarer Rollen, Prozesse und Governance Mechanismen, die ein skalierbares und verantwortungsvolles Arbeiten mit AI Lösungen ermöglichen.

Die Rolle umfasst insbesondere die Sicherstellung des operativen Supports im Hintergrund, um das erfolgreiche Setup, die Umsetzung und die Verstetigung des AI Programms zu gewährleisten. Dazu zählt z. B. die Koordination von Aktivitäten, das Bereitstellen von Methoden, das Monitoring von Fortschritten sowie die Unterstützung der Stakeholder im Transformationsprozess.

Ziel des Projekts

Ziel ist es, ein funktionsfähiges, belastbares und nachhaltig operierbares AI Programm aufzubauen, das die Basis für alle zukünftigen AI Initiativen im Unternehmen bildet. Durch eine klare Programmstruktur und einen verlässlichen Support soll das Unternehmen befähigt werden, AI Potenziale effizient, sicher und skalierbar zu nutzen und so langfristig Mehrwert in den Geschäftsbereichen zu schaffen.

Tasks

• Consult the Senior Consultant in delivering Intelligent Automation projects across all phases.
  
• Prepare process analyses, documentation, and visualizations based on input from the Senior Consultant.
  
• Conduct research on automation and AI technologies, best practices, and solution approaches.
  
• Assist in creating automation roadmaps, technical specifications, and project documentation.
  
• Consult solution testing, validation, and rollout activities.
  
• Prepare presentations, status updates, and reports for internal use.
  
• Help track project progress, risks, and KPIs to ensure smooth execution.
  
• Coordinate with technical teams (e.g., developers, platform teams) to gather inputs and align on technical requirements.
  

Required Skills/Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics or a related field.
  
• Initial experience in automation, AI, or technology driven projects.
  
• Good understanding of Intelligent Automation, Agentic AI, workflow automation, and current market developments.
  
• Hands -on experience with AI tools (Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio) is an advantage.
  
• Strong skills in process analysis, documentation, and visualization.
  
• Structured, detail -oriented working style with strong analytical thinking.
  
• Ability to translate instructions from Senior Consultants into high quality deliverables.
  
• Proficient in German and English with solid written communication skills.
