Lead Controller

We are on the lookout for a Lead Controller to join the Central Controlling team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 

• Review the financial performance of the Cost Centers assigned, prepare deviation analysis, and financial storytelling for management performance reviews

• Act as the controlling Subject Matter Expert for IT Capitalization Process: Coordinate the capitalization process for IT assets, ensure accurate tracking and reporting of IT capitalization, and stay current with changes to accounting standards related to IT capitalization and make recommendations for process improvements as needed

• Process short-term requests and create related ad-hoc analyses, dashboards, and reports

• Act as a Finance Business Partner for our Central business teams: support Cost Center Owners in managing the financial performance of their Cost Center and preparing business cases

• Support the financial planning process; provide advice and guidance to the management team, support and train Cost Center owners in submitting their plan, and review submissions

• Suggest and drive new finance-related processes in the central organization and improve the existing ones

• 7+ years of relevant finance or audit experience.

• Degree in finance, accounting, or any other related field.

• P&L and project management, and/or analysis experience.

• Organized and focused while moving at a fast pace and multi-tasking

• Ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

• Ability to convince with clear communication with both business and technical teams and at various levels of the organization

• Great sense of initiative and priorities with a willingness to deliver process to the final results

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Experience in cost controlling, Cost Center management, and IAS38 knowledge
